Kelly Ferrara is a Senior Vice President at The Vandiver Group, Inc. She has fifteen years of experience in overall communication efforts, image and reputation management; and internal organizational and interpersonal development. Recent clients include the Missouri Foundation for Health, Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS), Doral Dental, Spencer Fane Britt & Browne, the Missouri Higher Education Authority (MOHELA), CPI Corp./Sears Portrait Studios, the Gateway Clean Air Program, Vandover and the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
Prior to joining TVG, Kelly was the business services manager for the St. Louis Regional Chamber and Growth Association (RCGA) and the acting/assistant director of the student center at Saint Louis University.
For the past five years she has been the lead trainer for the Missouri DHSS bioterrorism and emergency response communication preparedness classes. Her work as the team leader for MOHELA and CPI touched on nearly every aspect of strategic communications tactics including research, training, strategy, implementation, creative efforts and coaching.
Kelly has a bachelor’s degree in English Education from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale and completed extensive masters level classes in higher education. Kelly holds facilitation and training certificates from the MIT-Harvard Public Disputes Forum and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
